- In one of my weekly classes we were learning how to do forward rolls with one of the children not quite getting the full roll! Fast forward a week later the same girls runs into the gym shouting my name and then follows it up with rolling all around the red mat and with the excitement on her face asking did I see it did I see it repetitively! So lovely to see her achieve it!

How did you get interested in sports?
- Growing up been the youngest of three boys we were always very competitive with everything we did from getting dressed to eating dinner. This competitiveness quite naturally led to sport and found us playing all kinds of different sports to try and beat each other!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- In my spare time I always try to fit in as much sport and activities as possible from OCR/Running, climbing, volleyball, football and everything else in between! On the days where I don't quite have the energy to move then you're quite likely going to find me watching stand up comedy or a good film!

What can't you live without?
- There is only one thing I can think I would be able to live without and that is laughter/comedy! Everyone loves to laugh and what is a better way then a joke or seeing someone trip!

Where have you lived?
- Leeds and Harrogate.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I got interested in sport from a young age and I joined a gymnastics a club when I was very little. From there I carried on training and competing into my early teens.
